Volume 7, Issue 1 (2023) Issues and Challenges in Smart City RWA's Management

There has been a sharp rise in the number of high-rise buildings in almost all cities during the last 5 years and particularly after the declaration of “Smart Cities” by Government of India. So far as the management of infrastructure companies are concerned, it is needless to say that it is an established industry. As these high rise buildings become habitable, and are handed over to the housing societies or Resident Welfare Associations (RWA's), there are many issues and challenges faced by the apartment owners. The main purpose of this Special Issue is to address various Issues and Challenges faced while managing a society from its day-one management.
