In the changing socio-cultural environment of India, women are entering in a new era. The concept of women's in Management is historically associated with national liberation movements throughout the world. The improvement of women’s social, economic & political status is essential for the achievement of sustainable development in life. In case of work force participation rate by gender, it had been much lower for females due to increasing literacy rate of female, when they are engaged in gainful employment & contributing to the household & national economy, they should be given the due respect & status they deserve in the family & the society. The main purpose of this Special Issue is to study various parts which are overwhelmingly. Through this issue we want to provide a platform to present their views to inspire the youth, especially women to be self dependent and empowered, also to discover the innovative fields of women empowerment.
